Catch a glimpse of this "Opo", just one of the fruit vegetables' garden that sustains the people in one rural area where I spent my month long vacation. I realized that if we make used of the fertility of our soil, perhaps there is never such a thing as hunger.
"if God takes care of the birds in the sky seemingly
with nowhere to go,
then it's never impossible that God will take care
of His human creations too..."

nice ang verse na ito. Yes. GOd is always there to take good care of us. Thanks
We just bought Opo at the Asian market. It cost me nearly 5 dollars for one. Then I'll probably forget all about it and it will be rotten by the time I find it.
Good one! And love the quote.
Hi Ev,
you slip me an idea to buy "Opo" and plant it in my little yard. But I wonder where I find it.
I'll write you if I'll find "Oho".
Have a beautiful, blessing Sunday!
I mean "Opo".
ohhh, you made me hungry for opo, those young shoots are also edible, right? seems like i remember my mom cooking them.
such fruits have helped sustain life for many many tribes and animals.
yes God (Allah) does take care of birds. The three beings that he created are Angels, Jinns, and Humans.
Love your music!
I say amen to this sister. Living here in the States is my greatest realization of how fortunate the filipino's are. It's so sad to see that its always neglected.
This upo plant provides good fresh vegetable for the gardener; and it's right there in his backyard.
Favorite yan ng mga anak ko kasi sabi ko yan ang pinakamagalang na gulay..hehehe.
