How I started this journey...

Remembering the first time gladys, my very good friend, introduced the blogger to me.I was perplexed. And then I asked her,"What will I write?". If it's about putting my thoughts into journal while anybody can get on it and have some feast 'bout it...nah!I dont see myself too open 'bout my feelings and personal experiences especially to the public!Besides,I've only got a typical and stereotype way of living. But Glad said, I could give it a try.

Well I admit to be a very low profile person. At first, I thought of how poor my vocabularies might appear to be..all that's in between. But when I got to invade the sites of TK,lojik, razzy and ghee.. and how they speak their minds in their blogs, one light for me was switched on...and then i realized that blogging is not actually about how orderly my grammar would appear to be(though it matters still of course!) ...but it's simply putting down my emotion and let the thoughts flow....who knows i could make a difference in my life here? I don't know, maybe Gladys was right...i find the other side of me in this "journey".

I've learned to open up here and it helps especially the comments...I've learned a lot about myself....the things that keep me going....my passion....and the people I've come to know. Thanks everyone!Salamat sa mga nagtiyaga sa mga kakornehan, nakiramdam at nakibasa...lalo na sa mga taong ni-link ako..it's overwhelming that inspite of life's circumstances as being antagonistic sometimes...i know i am living in beautiful world still. Your advices, comments, suggestions and most of all your FRIENDSHIP here... all for free! What else can I say BUt isang taos-pusong "SALAMAT!

Campaign me!

I couldn't help but laugh watching over national television, politicians doing their own strategic ways of campaigning. It looks awkward actually, seeing some candidates dancing or interacting with the unconventional( it's a mismatch!hehe!).Have you noticed that in their ads? Images of poor ones are visibly used....even that of priest, nuns and poor teachers dancing to the tune of their own jingle. This time, politicians need the poors' facade. Just their facade. Witnessing these politicians mingling with the masses while expressing their platforms...And then after the election...they're nowhere to be found. Minsan nakakalungkot isipin. Politics in the Philippines has grown to be a big joke at all. Eleksyon na naman. At Isang malaking lokohan na naman ito. Seeing the people of the Philippines so undecided whom to believe..when to believe. Might be a new challenge for us voters. Good luck people of the RP!

How do I love thee...

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.

Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.Love never ends.

So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is LOVE.

The three languages of LOVE

They say that love comes in different languages. No, Don't take it literally, it's not the spoken one per se...but it's how people express their love in different ways. Here's my own ideology...(assumption ko lang..hehe!)

1. The romantic or sentimental ones...express love thru words and flowers, chocolates or letters and even objects...they're the most outspoken kind of lovers.

2. The silent ones...they're not much mushy, maybe just too shy to express their feelings into words, but as a partner, you'll know eventually that there's more to words and flowers or chocolates..you'll just read feelings in their eyes and their actions...and you know that it's still something tangible or real.

3.The non-expressive at all..oh no!they're not the ones with a heart as hard as rock..they can be misinterpreted most of the times for they even forget to greet you on special events or occasions, but you know that he/she is just there in one corner, always with you thru the happiest and the saddest times of your life. They may be non-expressive at all, but by just being there for you means more than the expressions of love.

Which one are you?;0)

sometimes we wish that life is just plain and simple....
and then imagine...
...a world.. without terrorism that kills innocents and dreams.
...a government without corruption or greediness.
....a religion or race without criticism.
..and all the things beyond.

sometimes we wish...i wish..and then i imagine...
...while half asleep...
the serenity of hearts and minds..
...for you and me
.. for our people...
..our children...
and our children's children.
